Terms & Conditions

Orders can be placed Quickly and Securely by clicking the 'Add' button next to your chosen item. There is a Choice of Payments at Checkout, including Online and Postal Methods.

  • Scroll through the items listed
  • Click on the 'Buy' Button next to your selected item

  • Click the 'Update Basket' button after any alterations/removal of items

  • To continue adding further items to the Basket, Click on the 'Continue Shopping' button at the bottom of the basket

  • Once you have finished shopping, click on the 'Checkout' button in the Shopping Cart

  • You will be taken to a secure payment Website (the website will start with https:// to ensure a secure connection)

  • Once payment has been confirmed, you will be returned to Rabbits-Online.co.uk

  • You will receive a payment confirmation email on completion

  • Bulky items (Hutches/Cages) cannot be shipped outside of the UK mainland

Mail Order Delivery:  Orders are despatched using either Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or  Courier Service,  (Dependant on weight of Order)

  • Delivery Costs - Postage/Packing Prices quoted are for the UK mainland and non-remote Postcodes ONLY. Please email for shipping costs to other areas

  • If you are purchasing a baby rabbit from me, I can arrange to deliver your housing/accessories order along with the rabbit to save on additional postage costs. Email for details prior to ordering.

  • Despatch - All orders will be sent using Royal Mail or Courier Services, you will be informed of the specific service used, and the estimated time of arrival of your order
  • Most orders are despatched within 24-48 hours of receipt/clearance of payment, however, at peak times or when stock is limited delays may occur. At such times, please allow up to 21 days for delivery. You will be advised of any expected delays at the time of ordering
  • Export / Overseas Orders - We will be happy to provide quotations for orders to be shipped outside the UK of smaller items. Bulky items (Hutches/Cages) cannot be shipped outside of the UK mainland

Damages/Returns

In case of damages in transit:-

Please ensure that you check the packaging for signs of damage on arrival. If you suspect the packaging is damaged, then please inspect the contents immediately.  If the items are damaged on inspection, you should obtain a signed/dated delivery note with the words "Contents Damaged in Transit" from the courier.  You should contact Rabbits-Online within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel, to report any damages of the contents from transit. Damages notified after 24 hours, or having no signed delivery note as specified above CANNOT be refunded/reimbursed/returned. Do not return any goods without first contacting Rabbits-Online. Only a signature or purely writing "Unchecked" on your delivery note will not warrant any reimbursement.

 Other than damages referred to above, if for any reason you are not happy with your goods, please contact Rabbits-Online within 24 hours of receipt of the goods to arrange for the goods to be returned. Goods should be returned within 7 days of receipt, in the same condition and with original unsealed packaging to qualify for a refund. Refunds are not available if requested more than 24 hours after receipt of the goods,  or if unsealed/used/not in original packaging/damaged etc... Do not return any goods without first contacting Rabbits-Online. A refund of the item less  a 10% admin charge and not including original postage costs will be paid on receipt/inspection of the goods. The customer will be responsible for all postage costs, including the return of the goods. You should retain your original receipt of postage, in case of damages in transit whilst being returned. The goods should be returned using the same standard of courier service/insurance etc. as they were originally sent. The goods should arrive with original, undamaged packaging, and the item/s should be unused and undamaged. Any goods found not to be in the same condition as they were sent out originally, will not be refunded or will be refunded on a pro-rata basis at the discretion of Rabbits-Online.  Breakages whilst undertaking the assembly of some items (i.e. Roll N Chew) are non-refundable.
Rabbits-Online reserve the right to refuse payment of refunds

Cages/Runs are non-refundable

 

  • All timber products such as hutches, runs/pens etc.. are built to order
  • 90% of all hutch orders are delivered within 10-14  days, however, on occasions this may not be possible so please allow up to 28 days for delivery
  • On occasion, we may have your chosen hutch in stock ready for immediate delivery
  • If you wish to collect, or have your hutch delivered within our Local area, please contact Rabbits-Online prior to ordering for further information.
  • You will be notified a few days in advance of the estimated date of delivery
  • Payment is required in full with your order
  • If you wish to have your hutch delivered at the same time as your new rabbit, this can be arranged,  In these circumstances a deposit payment of 50% of the purchase price of the hutch is required in advance of build
  • You should provide a contact telephone number in case of a query, or to allow the driver to report a delay in delivery time etc..
  • You will need to make arrangements to be at home on the day of arrival of items that are built to order
  • Hutches are built to order, and as such are non-returnable/non-refundable unless damaged in transit
  • You should always inspect the item for any damages on arrival, and report them to the driver at the time, any damages MUST be written onto the delivery note otherwise claim for damages from the courier cannot be pursued
  • Damages not accounted for by the Courier, on the signed delivery note can not be verified at a later date
  • If you have a problem with the hutch you should contact Rabbits-Online in the first instance
  • A 'Care Sheet' will be provided with each hutch purchased


 

  • We make every effort to maintain accurate prices on our web site, however, this is not always possible for reasons beyond our control
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any item and to change prices when necessary
  • We endeavour to maintain accurate stock levels, however, this is not always possible for reasons beyond our control, you will be informed by email if an item is not in-stock, and you will be given the choice of the item being sent to you as soon as stock is replenished, or being sent an alternative item of the same value with your order. You will not be charged for additional delivery costs as a result.  You will also have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
  • Occasionally we may supply a different item, to the same value and for the same purpose as that stated on the original item, at our discretion

 

  • Privacy Policy - Rabbits-Online.co.uk does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item

Hutches/Runs are only available for local delivery/local collection/delivery with rabbit.
